Straight Outta SLAB

SLAB was founded on the basis of bringing you new flavors that may be a break from your traditional Texas BBQ. We bridge the taste bud gap of the Dirty South from Memphis, to the Carolinas, Alabama, and Texas. SLAB began as a food trailer in 2006, originally named Sugar Shack BBQ, and in August 2014 opened a brick and mortar location. We are featured on many of your favorite food and travel shows such as Dinners, Drive-in, and Dives, Texas Monthly, and BBQ Paradise. A big part of SLAB BBQ is catering.
