Smokey Summer Salmon Meco

Summer is in full swing, our rooftop is a favorite among our amigos, our Summer Salmon Meco combines the best of a healthy, hearty dinner, with some of the great smoky flavors of the grill.  With mesquite, a bit of sweetness from charred lemons, and our Meco marinade, this dish is topped with an aguacate salsa, and is sure to please.  Our planners and guests are loving this dish, and the open air on our patio.  Whether for ala carte dining, or for an evening networking event, this dish is sure to be your favorite too!
