Vegan and oh so tasty!

We serve a lot of tacos at Tito's, and while we have a great menu that can be customized for our vegetarian and vegan friends, we really didn't have something special, featuring top natural ingredients. It's great to see what Chef Javier whipped up this last week, blending two of my favorite ingredients, Huitalcoche and mushrooms!
Huitlacoche is a delicacy, that is cultivated throughout Mexico for special occasions.  It's typically salted in a brine, or packed to keep it fresh.  Our Huitlacoche is roasted in a mix of Crimini and Oyster Mushrooms, creating a flavorful and filling healthy treat we think you'll love too.  I know it's been my go to the past week, and I think it'll be a Tito's favorite for many, many guests, in the very near future!
