Molli is a bar & bistro for Melbourne’s leafy river-side suburb, Abbotsford.

Molli was made for Abbotsford. A welcoming place that feels like it has been around forever. Informed by the weekly harvest of Common Ground Project - our farm at Freshwater Creek - alongside the produce of Molli’s rooftop kitchen garden, the menu is a celebration of familiar and comforting flavours presented through the contemporary lens of Head Chef and co-owner Aleksis Kalnins.

With an in-house fermentation and preservation program, Molli’s drinks list reflects the curiosity and creativity of Bar Manager Kayla Saito. A rotation of hyper-seasonal cocktails, non-alcoholic tipples and house kombucha sit comfortably alongside the classics, while a sharp selection of wines has been curated with approachability in mind.
