The Gibson Cultural Centre

The Gibson Centre for Community, Arts & Culture is a historically rich, versatile, and beautifully restored space located in the heart of South Simcoe. As a not-for-profit charitable organization, our central goal is to provide artistic opportunities to those in our community. Filled with bright, lofty spaces that inspire the mind and refresh the soul, our six unique rooms provide the perfect backdrop to host your upcoming wedding, celebration, meeting, or conference. Our heritage building features 16ft ceilings, original refinished hardwood floors, an award-winning staircase, and stained glass transoms creating stunning photo opportunities throughout. Our main floor Gallery showcases rotating exhibits in a variety of artistic expressions. While admiring the art, feel free to browse our artisan gift shop or stop by the cafe for a light lunch Tuesday through Thursday.
