Built in 1978 as a museum - and now along with recent additions, the West Wing Grand Ballroom and the Rose Garden Courtyard - the WHBEC serves as a one-of-kind, premiere event facility in Southern California. Specializing in Weddings with on-site Ceremony Services, Receptions, Sweet 16's, Quinceañeras, Corporate Events, and School Functions.
