  • Can we customize a menu or request a dish that we don’t see listed on your website?  Yes.  We can work with you to customize the menus listed on our website and tailor them to your event.
  • Is your company insured?  Yes.  We carry a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy required by most venues, buildings, and host organizations

  • Why is Flavor Co. Catering + Events more expensive than another caterer I got a quote from?  First, know that we use top quality proteins and source produce locally whenever possible – check out this list of ranchers and farmers.  Second, make sure you are comparing apples to apples – what all is included in the quotes you are comparing?  Third, know that you have a dedicated team at Flavor Co. Catering + Events that will take care of you from the careful planning through the detailed execution of all aspects related to your event.
  • How transparent is pricing?  We provide you with line item pricing – from menu to staffing to all the other details, so that you know what costs what.  For events with on-site staffing, we charge an industry standard 18% coordination and administrative fee on the net amount of the proposal, before sales tax, that covers a wide range of costs on our end, including the staff time building proposals, coordinating with vendors, staging behind the scenes (food transport and holding, bar tools, hauling of trash and recycling, etc.), securing and scheduling event staff and more.
