The downtown building that was formerly home to concert hall La Zona Rosa—where many legendary musical performances took place over the years—has reopened. Now, it is a rentable events space known as LZR.

LZR hopes to bring people, events, artists, and creatives together by offering a collaborative 17,000 square-foot event space equipped with a warehouse, lounge, built in bar, landscaped outdoor patio and seating area with a built in stage.
