Opening in 2026 in the coastal village of Saltleaf on Estero Bay, Acqua Bistecca will showcase Chef Michael Mina’s Italian-inspired cuisine against the backdrop of Florida’s stunning Gulf Coast. Guests will discover chargrilled steaks, handmade pastas and fresh seafood prepared with signature creativity and flair. All complemented by sweeping sunset views from the waterfront beside The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay.
