The Substation

The Substation powers a dynamic and warm community space by uniquely combining co-working, innovative activations, and a collaborative approach to programming. Lying in the heart of our neighborhood, the 7100 square feet space features architecture that is both iconic and bold. It is the perfect venue for weddings, birthday parties, fundraising events, galas, corporate retreats, trainings and strategy sessions. The main level is almost 3000 square feet with soaring 34 foot high ceilings, stunning windows, glazed concrete floors, and original elements of the building including a steel gantry crane. While the lower level provides a cozy space for more intimate events, under 50 people, equipped with tables, a kitchenette, and a soft seating area.
