Zuma Boston at the Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton is the 12th and latest addition to the international collection. Nestled in the heart of Boston, in the Back Bay neighborhood, it inspires informal dining with Japanese izakaya concept. Zuma Boston is now open, located on the 2nd floor of the Four Seasons Hotel at One Dalton Street, Boston. The menu is comprehensive and alluring. Dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavours and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. There is no set protocol on ordering from the menu; izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table. The menu showcases a variety of dishes from its three kitchens: the main kitchen, the sushi counter and the robata grill. From a 250 person rehearsal dinner to a date night, Zuma Boston offers a unique private dining space perfect for any event with floor to ceiling glass windows. Our beautiful private dining room is the perfect location to host a corporate event or social luncheon, cocktail reception, or dinner. Our private event space, Kasai, is the perfect location for an array of business meetings and events as well as social dining; accommodating both cocktail style receptions, executive board meetings, presentations as well as seated lunches and dinners.
