Hattie's BBQ offers full service, drop-off and pick-up catering options featuring our famous smoked barbecue proteins, side dishes, and desserts.
We slow smoke our Texas Brisket, Carolina Pork, and Smoked Chicken for hours and hours to reach smoked, tender perfection. Our side dishes and desserts are scratch made daily in our local kitchen. 

Hattie's BBQ can provide catering services for groups of 20 to 500 people or more. We can bring the meats or the whole meal!

We are located in the Boulder, Colorado area and can also offer delivery to nearby towns including Longmont, Erie, Lafayette, Superior, Firestone, etc.
