Not only does Bitter Monk offer a relaxing space to enjoy craft cocktails, but it also serves as the tasting room for Atheras Spirits, the micro-distillery next door where Co-founders Ektoras Binikos and Simon Jutras, also the creative minds behind the acclaimed Sugar Monk cocktail bar in Harlem, produce a variety of amari, herbal liqueurs, and bitters, making for a unique and flavorful experience.
