Offering 12,000 square feet of event space in a converted industrial warehouse, Faurschou Gallery New York, is located in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn. The gallery features extraordinary works of art and ambitious exhibitions to inspire contemplation, encounters and meaningful experiences between art, artists and audiences across cultures. 

Faurschou New York and Chef Refslund represent a perfect partnership, as they compliment each other’s collections of inspirations. Chef Refslund earned his reputation working up the Copenhagen ladder at Michelin-starred restaurants before co-founding Noma with Rene Redzepi and Claus Meyer. In 2011 Chef Refslund moved to New York City to open ACME, a seasonally-driven New American restaurant with subtle Nordic accents. Chef Refslund’s inspiration is “terroir” - the soul of a location. Menus feature a naturalistic and hyper- seasonal cuisine, with a clearly defined focus on vegetables indigenous to the region, seasonal bounty and honoring the Earth’s cycles.
