Honey's

Honey?s is a cocktail bar and event space in Brooklyn, New York. We produce naturally crafted small batch meads, using barrel fermentation, wild yeast, foraged herbs, and local New York sourced fruit and honey. These honey-based wines are dry, generally around 12% ABV, and released seasonally under the brand Enlightenment Wines. You can find Enlightenment Wines mead at your favorite wine shops, bars, and restaurants. We also ship directly to your home.
