There are a variety of spaces available for private events, with private or semi-private areas customized to accommodate groups from 15 up to 200. 

Southern Tier - Buffalo has a Private Event Manager on site daily to assist with all aspects of planning special events. This dynamic business partner will shepherd guests through all aspects of the event: planning the menu, timeline, setup/design of space, and day of execution. 

Our Culinary Team, led by Executive Chef Frank Johnson, has rescripted the status quo of brewery food, ensuring an elevated dining experience for those looking to enjoy a meal along with world-class liquids. Offering a diverse, from scratch menu, the team ensures every dish is prepared with passion and a commitment to excellence, with a readiness to work hand in hand with our guests to cultivate exceptional experiences.
