The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) Ballantyne is located in The Bowl at Ballantyne—a vibrant destination that draws diners, shoppers, and entertainment seekers from across Charlotte and beyond.

Our brewery and restaurant offer a warm, inviting atmosphere inspired by a traditional German Brauhaus, complete with an expansive one-acre Biergarten perfect for gathering with friends, family, and colleagues.

Our signature private event space, the Biergarten Overlook, features a breathtaking open-concept mezzanine with modern décor, floor-to-ceiling natural light, and a private terrace overlooking the Biergarten. With seating for up to 100 guests and reception-style capacity for up to 250, it's an ideal setting for corporate events, rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, weddings, and milestone celebrations. The space also includes a private bar, dedicated event staff, customizable catering, and built-in A/V capabilities, including a projector and microphone.

For smaller gatherings, our semi-private lounges provide a relaxed, social atmosphere within our beautiful taphouse. Located on both the first and second floors, these shared spaces are ideal for groups of approximately 30–50 guests and feature comfortable lounge seating, high-top tables, and a dedicated service team. They are perfect for team outings, networking events, birthday celebrations, happy hours, and casual get-togethers. While these spaces do not include A/V capabilities, they offer the same exceptional food, beverages, and hospitality that make every OMB event memorable.
