Roister Restaurant
Roister and St. Clair Supper Club are both part of The Alinea Group restaurant group.
Roister offers a rustic open-kitchen setting with cuisine that is inspired by its flaming hearth and seasonal, local ingredients.
We offer prix fixe menus, served as shared plates, with an open bar package or consumption tab.
Upon request, Roister can offer cocktail-style events with canapes and open bar packages.

St. Clair Supper Club is named after Chef Achatz's Michigan hometown and is based in Midwestern tradition. Just below Roister, we've created a comfortable spot to enjoy first-class Prime Rib, Sweet Brandy Old Fashioned, and other delicious dishes and daily specials for up to 35 guests. Each guest will receive a pre-fix menu, mains are served personally while the rest are shared plates.
