The Aviary
The Aviary is a place to engage all the senses – sights, smells, sounds, temperatures, tastes. This brainchild of chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas is a restaurant for cocktails. The Aviary is a playground where your idea of what a night out drinking will be challenged and redefined.
We can accommodate parties of up to 35 in semi-private spaces or up to 80 for a private venue buyout.
