Matsuhisa Denver

Located in the luxurious Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, Colorado, Matsuhisa Denver is Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s third Colorado location, in addition to locations in Vail and Aspen. Offering Chef Nobu’s world-famous Peruvian-Japanese fusion, Matsuhisa Denver is an award-winning destination restaurant that offers elite onsite private event experiences, as well as a full offsite catering operation that covers the whole of the Front Range. The restaurant houses two private dining rooms that can be combined into one via custom sliding doors. The Nobu Room is an intimate setting for up to 12 guests at a single table, and an additional 8 guests on a second table, with a gorgeous reclaimed-teek aesthetic and built-in AV. The Matsuhisa Room is a larger option that seats up to 40, and is marked by custom latticed windows on two sides. As mentioned, those rooms can be combined into one via custom sliding doors that offer a completely private space that seats up to 60. The restaurant also offers its semi-private South Dining Room for large parties of up to 20 guests. In its entirety, Matsuhisa Denver seats up to 200 guests and is available for full-restaurant buyouts.
