THE ROYCE DETROIT

We offer two unique options for events. On the second floor, you'll find our Mezzanine, a cozy lounge space with leather couches, plush carpets and a birds eye view of the bar. This space can comfortably accommodate up to 30 guests and offers a perfect nook for groups interested in tastings, bridal showers or small mixers.We also offer a full space buyout of The Royce, which can host groups up to 80. This option is ideal for those interested in throwing your atypical strolling rehearsal, holiday parties, or any other reason you can come up with as an excuse to sit in a beautiful space and drink wine!

Aside from the lovely space and knowledgeable team, the main advantage to hosting a gathering at The Royce is that we do not impose a restaurant mark-up on bottles of wine but rather have a pricing strategy based on retail. Our entire selection is carefully curated with an emphasis on small production, sustainably made wines that offer quality at everyday prices.

Each event is offered a wine package, seasonally curated by our experts. Interested in a guided wine tasting with one of Detroit's best sommeliers? Ask us about our tasting rates featuring our special guest sommeliers for the ultimate wine experience. We also feature a small cocktail program, limited selection of artisanal beers and sparkling water available at standard menu pricing, should you choose to make those options available to your party as well. The food menu consists of cheese, charcuterie and other light bites meant to pair with wine. For heartier fare, we feature the following catering partners: Marrow, a James Beard nominated restaurant in the West Village, and Folk, acknowledged as one of America's best breakfast restaurants by Thrillist.
