Chima Steakhouse - Ft. Lauderdale

Chima Steakhouse is a prix fixe restaurant. For dinner each guest receives unlimited portions of 16 different cuts of rotisserie meat served by our gauchos chefs (the meat selection is called the Rodizio), unlimited trips to our vast gourmet salad bar, and unlimited servings of our hot side dishes.

If you have a vegetarian or pescatarian in your group we offer a Vegetarian Salad Bar option that includes grilled Salmon served by the gauchos.
Chima has a VIP Room for large/private events, with use of a flatscreen Apple TV, and cordless mic. We are located right over the bridge to AIA on Las Olas Blvd. 10 min from the airport, 5 min from the beach.
