Born in Buenos Aires, Chef Mariano Araya began cooking at an early age, working in restaurants to help support his family. He arrived in the US in 2001 and worked in several Miami restaurants, working his way up from prep cook to head chef. In 2017, he opened his first restaurant, Mariano's Cuisine, which was known for marrying modern cooking techniques with traditional Argentinian cuisine. In 2021, we partnered with Chef Mariano to bring delicious, crave-able food as a complement to our sommelier-curated wine lists.
