We are capped at 100 guests at a time.


A safe, soundproofed space where no sound gets in, or out, so your party, or event will not be disturbed whatsoever. Smoke-free environment, that's clean, safe, and fun for everyone. 


We have add-ons of chairs and a two 2000-watt speaker system with a mixer loud enough to accommodate any part thrown in our open space. One bathroom area, with all the lights having motion sensors. 


HVAC mini-split for heating and cooling of all areas. A creative co-work space open to many types of visual creatives/artists. Make our Industrial backdrop the centerpiece for your next shoot, pop-up shop, exhibit, movie shoot, and or fitness class!


How does it work? Choose a studio, then choose a date and time. Once booked you are sent an access code directly to your email to enter the space at that time. If you need a host, please contact us through email or our phone number on our website. Any booking over 8 hours gets a 4% discount. Book your time, and grab your codes online to get your access.

Rules:

No loud noises outside the venue No overcapacity blowout parties No nuisance No crowding the street Parties that violate these rules will be shut down without a refund.

Full booking is nonrefundable within 14 days of booking.

Deposits are nonrefundable.

No smoking inside, smoking reserved for outside. Private events only. No serving alcohol to minors. If you are of the age of 17 and below, you must have a guardian present or the host that is of age that booked your event. No pets. No cooking with in. Guest are to ether stay inside or stay outside, not in-between entrance door. Do not crowd the entrance or hall way area, as that is a fire hazard. Front door must remain closed at all times. If you are partying, please pick up and take trash to the outside parking area side of the building after event.


If guest are caught littering or causing commotion on the outside perimeter host will be penalized with a fee or may even be banned.

Please respect surrounding areas. No alcohol out on the outside perimeter, No disorderly conduct.
