Following a successful launch in Salt Lake City, Carver Road Hospitality is bringing its Flanker food and beverage concept to the Las Vegas Strip with the Summer 2023 debut of Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Located at the entrance to the Shoppes at Mandalay Place just steps from the walkway to Allegiant Stadium, the home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar combines Carver Road’s premier dining and drinking offerings in a highly-curated environment.

Flanker’s extensive menu of elevated American fare features scratch burgers, sliders, and shareable tacos, among other handheld favorites. A healthy selection of salads and bowls and weekend brunch items round out the offerings
