ABOUT SIGNIFICANT OTHER

Significant Other is an all-day neighborhood restaurant opening in October 2026 on Sunset Road, directly across from Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. Created by longtime Las Vegans Mike and Kristi Austin in collaboration with restaurateur Matthew Silverman and Chef Matthew Piekarski, the restaurant is designed to move with the rhythm of the day, from morning coffee and freshly baked pastries to lunch, dinner and private celebrations.

The menu will feature seasonal ingredients, handmade pastas, sourdough pizzas, thoughtful vegetable dishes, prime rib roasts, wet-aged steaks, nori rolls, select seafood, craft cocktails and a curated wine program. Designed by Celano Design Studio Co. and built by Austin General Contractors, Significant Other will offer a lush, pet-friendly patio, a large private dining room and an intimate wine room.
