Trustworthy Brewing Co. - Las Vegas

Trustworthy Brewing Co. offers its award-winning West Coast-inspired craft brews to The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Las Vegas since the summer of 2019 as the first and only brewery on the Las Vegas Strip to focus on artisanal small batch craft beer offerings. From the owners of  JuiceFarm in Las Vegas, along with Market City Caffe in Burbank and Vanishing Point Winery in Napa, the brewery features Trustworthy Brewing Co. beers from their Burbank brewery as well as ones brewed onsite, along with a full bar and a food menu.

Operating on eight core values of quality, education, passion, fun, humility, genuity, accountability and responsibility, the brewery will produce and offer a variety of beers including flagship brew Trustworthy IPA, Gigil Pilsner, Wax Wing Blonde Lager, What Plane? Oatmeal Stout, Brass Jar Hoppy Amber Ale (LA International Beer Competition Gold Medal winner) and Bear Temper Barleywine (Great American Beer Festival Medal winner).

The 430-seat brewery will feature a game room with skeeball, a 60-seat raised bar area surrounded by large stainless steel serving tanks housing the brewed onsite beers, booth and banquette seating areas to accommodate casual to more formal occasions, and multiple private dining rooms with capacities of 12 to 80. Guests can book brewery tours to learn the fascinating process and history of beer making.
