Our unique, industrial facility offers a large open space with panoramic views of the Black River

and Bascule Bridge while preserving Lorain’s rich ship building history. We love the history of

Lorain, and also want to see it grow into its potential. We want our venue to be an asset for all

of Lorain County, that’s why we’re offering up our space for events like weddings, community

gatherings, business conferences, and more! Whether you're looking for a place to hang out on
