The Brown Sheep

The Brown Sheep is a classic food truck with a modern twist. The authentic vintage food truck itself is painted in blue and white, the colors pulled from the festive Mexican tiles adorning the adjacent columns. It anchors a bright, bold, and festive outdoor terrace festooned with Talavera tiles, wood-and-leather Equipale chairs, and wrought iron furniture upholstered in stripes of saturated pink, orange, green, and blue. A DJ spins from a booth fashioned from the front end of a vintage sports car as guests enjoy freshly prepared “authentically inauthentic” tacos created by chef Ray Garcia — named Esquire Chef of the Year — as well as other Mexican specialties and cocktails.
