Mr. Wanderlust

Mr. Wanderlust is a lively piano bar and jazz lounge channeling the eccentric globetrotting life of its fictional namesake. The lounge consists of two intimate and atmospheric rooms. The first takes the shape of a library, its bookshelves representing a curation of Mr. Wanderlust’s worldly experiences and welcoming guests into the world of his adventures. Surrounded by bookshelves and intricate wood paneling, the room features globally inspired rugs and collectibles, along with paintings and black and white photos — all mementos of Mr. Wanderlust’s world travels. Patterned wallcoverings, red upholstered banquettes, and a fireplace contribute to the warm and intriguing ambience.

From this anteroom, guests progress through a hidden door concealed in a bookcase into a second, larger bar area. The room includes several stages where performances take place throughout the night. The main stage, which sits between mirrored liquor displays above the bar, is hidden from view when guests first enter, and the silhouettes of mysterious figures dance on either side. Throughout the evening, the stage is revealed and a live pianist or other featured performer begins the show.
