Yeobo, Darling, founded by chefs Meichih and Michael Kim (formerly of the Michelin-starred Maum in Palo Alto), celebrates Korean and Taiwanese heritages through thoughtfully crafted cuisine and ambiance. Our name—Yeobo (??), meaning "look here" in Korean—symbolizes attention and connection, reflecting our commitment to creating an intimate, welcoming space rooted in cultural storytelling. We honor tradition through our abundant banchan service, seasonal ingredients, and innovative interpretations of classic flavors.
