Orpheum Theater

Opened in 1921 and painstakingly restored in 2015, the Orpheum is one of New Orleans' iconic buildings, available for corporate and social special events, performing arts performances and concerts. The grandeur of the bacchanalian exterior is matched only by the stunning interior. At the heart of the building is the theater, standing more than 60 feet in height and embellished with carved, gilded terracotta luminaries and hand painted accents throughout. The interior boasts fluted columns, accented with acanthus leaf laurels and hand painted to match the original 1920s color palate.
