Carroll Place is an Italian American Winebar and Gastropub in Greenwich Village, NY. The 6700 sq.ft venue (formerly Kenny’s Castaways music club) offers delicious food, an extensive cocktail menu, intimate live music setting, and a vibrant atmosphere in multiple levels of dining and entertainment. Our event spaces have held Fortune 500 corporate functions, weddings, showers, birthday parties, private concerts, and more.Our menu includes a variety of Italian specialties including meat & cheese boards, homemade pastas, and pizzas from our wood burning oven, as well as gastropub inspired burgers and chicken wings. The drink list features artisanal cocktails, 25 wines by-the-glass (5 on tap), and craft beer selections. Saturday and Sunday brunch offer traditional and unique specialties such as baked truffle eggs, and is the best deal in town.The main floor Dining Room has high top tables and a rustic tavern-esque communal bar overlooking our custom built wood burning stove, where several of the mainstay dishes and pizzas are prepared. The upstairs Living Room has a cozy Village-y feel with exposed brick walls, soft lighting, vintage sofas and velvet drapes. It’s the ideal space for large dinner parties to intermingle, while hidden alcoves offer the perfect setting for a romantic date in a relaxed atmosphere. The Music Room is an intimate setting for live music performances.
