Chai

At Chai, we serve authentic Beijing cuisine, inheriting the cooking techniques the Qing Dynasty's court cuisine. We present unique local Beijing dishes, including Zha Jiang Noodles, Aiwowo, and many more, aided by a wide variety of meticulously prepared dishes and snacks. 

The interior design of Chai is inspired by "Siheyuan" (???), which are buildings arranged on four sides around a courtyard and the old lanes of Beijing hutongs (??), giving insight into the ancient lifestyle of ordinary Beijingers. They are significant in developing and evolving the capital's history and culture.
