Grand Brasserie commands the west side of Vanderbilt Hall, featuring 80 ft ceilings and marble floors inside Grand Central Terminal. The space impresses guests on arrival, while our kitchen delivers modern French brasserie fare daily from 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Ideal for breakfast meetings, power lunches, and late-night celebrations.

— Cuisine & service: Seasonal French classics such as steak frites, Dover sole, and shellfish towers. Service formats include family-style, prix fixe, or à la carte. Beverage program offers a 1 000-label wine cellar, craft cocktails, and tableside absinthe.

— Group capacity: Main Dining Room 250 seated / 450 standing; Green Room speakeasy lounge 80 seated / 120 standing; bar alcoves 12 – 50 reception. Full-venue buyouts support 330 seated / 570 standing.
