Open in the historic Chelsea Market, La Devozione is the heritage pasta company’s first brick-and-mortar experience in the United States. Our multi-concept pasta destination includes a retail shop, coffee & cocktail bar; an elegant, 30-seat oval pasta bar, and more casual dining seating at A Tavola, inviting guests to discover over 126 distinct shapes of our Pastificio Di Martino’s PGI Gragnano pasta first-hand. Translating to "The Devotion" in English with connotations of sanctity and deference, La Devozione is Pastificio Di Martino's coined term for our signature recipe and takes on Italy’s traditional spaghetto al pomodoro.
