Oliva is a love letter to Chef Franklin Becker's favorite City in Spain, Madrid. Our food, much like the culture of Spain itself is influenced heavily by Roman and Moorish flavors. The food is Fresh, flavorful and robust with a modern setting.  At Oliva, we celebrate the glorious food and drink of Spain and of Harlem, a community as good natured and social as Madrid itself.
