Orhan Cakir, the force behind the Pierre Loti wine bar in Gramercy,  has teamed up with Executive Chef Carlos Barroz, formerly of La Pulperia, to open Palermo Argentinian Steakhouse on Restaurant Row Between Hell's Kitchen & the Theater District, West 46th Street in Manhattan, New York City in the heart of the Theater District.


The restaurant steakhouses draws it inspiration from Palermo, a destination in Buenos Aires known for its fashionable bars and restaurants. Set in a three-story brownstone built in 1894, the bi-level restaurant brings traditional Argentinian barbecue centering on prime steaks sourced from the nearby century-old Piccinini Brothers butcher shop. Palermo is one of the best steakhouses in NYC.
