Housed in the landmarked Margaret Louisa Home, The Twenty Two New York is a hotel, restaurant and private members club dedicated to the art of lingering. Located at 16 E 16th Street, the 80,000 sq ft property features 77 keys, including 17 suites and a sprawling rooftop penthouse, nestled under a vaulted roof with city views. The second floor is a dedicated private members space, while the ground floor will welcome the public to an all-day dining experience named Cafe Zaffri. The Food and Beverage operations are curated by the renowned all-female team from New York City’s beloved Raf’s and the prestigious Michelin-starred The Musket Room. Additional amenities, such as a state of the art gym and outdoor spaces will be revealed after opening.
