The Durst Organization has created Well& by Durst for the many people who come together under our roofs to work, play, live and thrive. Well& by Durst is a constantly evolving experience designed to energize, inspire and connect our guests in a healthy and productive environment.

Well& by Durst is the premier event and meeting space on the 64th floor of One World Trade Center, with up to 10,000 square feet of usable space. On event day, your guests will enjoy unparalleled views of Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan bridges, along with the use of our in-house furniture, state-of-the-art technology equipment, and breakout and common area rooms.

We customize each event and meeting hosted here, meaning the total event fee is based off your specific event needs and consists of a flat-rate venue fee plus a per person catering package.

Food and beverage services are provided by our in-house catering team through Legends Hospitality.
