The Olie Gathering Place

The Olie Gathering Place is a stand-alone historic social space located in the heart of Oklahoma City in the Paseo Arts District. With easy access right off I-235 and 23rd Street, your guests coming from surrounding communities can easily find the venue. The private boutique space is perfect for holiday gatherings, life celebrations, business retreats, engagement parties, bridal showers, bachelorette/bachelor parties, rehearsal dinners, post-wedding brunches, and micro weddings!

You and your guests will enjoy:  

• Up to 10 tables included in your reservation (standard setup of 60" round, 6' rectangle, cocktail bistro) 
• Up to 60 white folding chairs included in your reservation 
• White or black linens included in your reservation (note: these are not floor length)
• 1,300 SF of open indoor entertaining space that seats up to 50 guests formally. Take advantage of our outdoor entertaining space as well!
• Two-70" televisions for presentations, slide shows, or even watching the game! 
• 1,800 SF private courtyard space and covered east patio for indoor/outdoor entertaining

• Built-in sound system for indoor and outdoor music with access to approved audio streaming services

Please note: Outside food and beer and wine are permitted with event insurance.  Event insurance is affordable and may be purchased online-super easy! If you wish to serve mixed drinks, you may do so with a licensed and insured bartending service.
