Olive or Twist is the perfect location for your next private party! Our upstairs Lounge & VIP Room can hold up to 200 guests and will provide an elegant and stylish atmosphere for any event. Our private upstairs lounge is the perfect space for just about any occasion. With maximum capacity of up to 175 guests, our private upstairs lounge features a main bar with bar stools, high-top cocktail tables, and leather couches and chairs that create a hip, urban cocktail party atmosphere. It's quite a unique party room. There is ample seating available, but most people simply mingle and have a great time with family, friends, and/or colleagues. 

We set up a food station with appetizers, "heavy hors d'oeuvres," and/or a dinner buffet based on your vision. We also have space available for a DJ and dancing if that is part of your vision, and we'll help you create the perfect "altar" if you choose to perform an intimate Wedding Ceremony here. We have a projector and screen available for visual presentations or to display scrolling pictures. And we have a microphone if there will be any announcements or a toast. 

We'll help make the entire occasion special and memorable. To reserve the private upstairs lounge we charge a room rental fee that is variable based on the day of the week and the type of event. We also require a food & beverage minimum based on the day of the week, the number of people in your party, and the type of event. All food and beverages (except the wedding cake and cookies) must be purchased from Olive or Twist, but alcohol service can be configured a lot of different ways, based on your vision and budget.

The room rental fee provides private space for up to four hours for your event. You have the option to purchase one additional hour (five hours total) for an additional fee. If some members of your group need early access to do any set up or decoration, that can be arranged.
