This beautifully renovated venue combines the elegance of a Victorian styled cocktail lounge with the excitement of a live music and DJ club. This multi purpose space is available for private events, meetings, presentations and just about anything else you can dream up! Monarch had won several prestigious awards, including “Top Ten Best Sound Systems in The US” (Beatport), “Best Bar” (SF Bay Guardian 2012), “Best Club” (CMAC Awards 2012) and “Best Sound System” (SF Weekly 2012), and is widely regarded as one of the most innovative venues on the West Coast.Monarch has three distinct spaces in one that can be utilized individually or combined for one event. The Monarch Room is a Victorian inspired cocktail lounge with breathtaking design. The Emperor’s Drawing Room is a premium craft cocktail bar that can be used privately, or opened up and combined with the Monarch Room by sliding open the Great Wall.
