The Box SF

The Box SF is one of San Francisco’s premiere meeting, conference, wedding, and private event spaces. Located in the historic former William Randolph Hearst Printing Plant in San Francisco’s South of Market district at 1069 Howard St., the top floor can accomodate up to 80 people for a variety of corporate and private events! Near Moscone Convention Center, the top floor includes our gorgeous "Gate Room”, which holds the largest, oldest meeting and dining table in the United States at 32 feet long and over 337 years old!

We allow full building buyouts for conferences and multi-day events and scores of evening weddings, wine tastings, corporate events, or dinners. We also offer multiple catering resources, full bar packages, as well as every type of audio visual and furniture package necessary to make your event truly special.

The Box SF Meeting and Event Center can now host up to 6 meetings or events at one time! Our second floor offers 3 private suites that can occupy 2-30 people for classroom sessions, trainings, green rooms, or by the hour meetings. Finally, our new ground floor space will be referred to as "The Pressroom at The Box SF” and can easily hold upwards of 60 people! It is a very unique space with over 20 foot ceilings and the largest antique paper store in North America.
