The wine bar itself offers an all-day menu of French cuisine with produce from Fresh Run Farm in Bolinas, from small plates to larger share items, and a hearty selection of wines by the glass. We pour and sell an eclectic array of wines from the esoteric and obscure to tried and true classics.A new dining concept to San Francisco is the cave à manger. Loosely translated to mean “eat in a cellar”, Verjus is a hybrid of sorts, part wine shop, part wine bar and part French tapas bar. Casually elegant, with just enough playful color.
