Perfectly situated amongst some of the most beautiful buildings in Savannah, the top floor of this historic landmark building adeptly accommodates private brunch parties, working business events, pre- and post- wedding intimate conclaves, bachelorette and bachelor celebrations, photoshoots, rehearsal dinners, and welcome toasts. The space comfortably seats up to 55 and can host 80 standing-room-only.

Floor to ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and stunning views of the iconic Marshall House Inn and Broughton Street below and act as an ideal backdrop and impression for visiting guests and photographers, alike.

Saturated in historic charm and patina, this 140-year-old open loft-like space offers flexible floor plans, dedicated sound system, a private fully stocked bar, bathrooms dedicated to the space, and a private entrance from Broughton Street below
