Vinason Pho -Beer & Bites

We are a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant and bar with 40 self-serve beer and wine taps, as well as a small selection of spirits and cocktails. Clean, fast and great ambience for any occasion. We source local and sustainable ingredients.  Our beef broth is cooked for 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotic-free pasture raised beef bones.  Our steaks, briskets, and meatballs are antibiotic-free and hand crafted.  Our tofu is non-GMO and our shrimps are always wild gulf shrimps.  Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. We can't afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is.
