Lotus Dumpling Bar Walsh Bay was the first restaurant in the Lotus family and is much loved by locals and tourists alike. The venue began life as a warehouse built in the early 1900s for the Sydney Port Authority.

Lotus Dumpling Bar Summer Hill, located at 26 Lackey Street, is the new relaxed dumpling restaurant and bar that offers a more refined and upscale dining experience than other restaurants in the area. Lotus Summer hill brings the quality of Lotus to the suburbs.

It is an extension of Lotus Dining Group’s popular Walsh Bay restaurant, bringing the cuisine of its sister venue to local diners in the inner-west. The venue offer diners a curated drinks list of wine, local craft beer, and Lotus Dining Group’s much-loved cocktails, to be enjoyed alongside the meal.
