Opening in May 2017, Lava Cantina in The Colony will be a 28,000 square foot and concert venue featuring three stages, a retractable roof over the Backyard, a custom New Orleans motif and countless other incredible features and is positioned in the heart of the Grandscape development at Nebraska Furniture Mart. The food menu is described as "Creole with a Mexican twist" which tips the hat at the founder's South Louisiana roots while the drink menu will feature a tasty combination of specialty margaritas, local beers and craft cocktails.
