Authentic, regional Italian cooking and seasonal offerings is the inspiration for Chef Amy Brandwein’s menu at Centrolina. Guests, with views of an open kitchen and terracotta-clad wood oven, are immersed in the cooking experience as they dine. 

CENTROLINA features two fully private dining rooms available for business and social gatherings. Both rooms have walls and doors to separate them from the dining room. The rooms are elegantly furnished and feature individually controlled lighting, and control of the sound level for music. Full buyouts are also available.
